Razmena veština is a public social space created by people which are connected by love to computers. Computer components, electronics, programming languages , hardware modifying , free software politics and questions about intellectual property and privacy are the most common topics of their gathering.
"Exchange" does not make a difference between a teacher and a student, between education and hanging out. This way, the program of gathering is created on the spot and it reflects the current focus of each of the participants. They welcome the participation of people whose area of interest in not necessarily involved with computers, but who recognize the value of free sharing and spreading of knowledge.
Together with "Exchange of skills" in Croatia (http://www.razmjenavjestina.org/) and "Spodeli Znaenje" in Macedonia (http://b10g.spodeli.org/) it makes a part of regional network of closely related initiatives. This network organises an annual regional hackers anti-conference which is named "Nothing is going to happen" ("Ništa se neće dogoditi";NSND, http://www.nsnd.org/). It also works with participation of people from their community on "Chaos Communication Congress" (CCC, http://www.ccc.de/), a global hackers gathering which is held every year in Berlin.
