They are professionals in using Internet and social media for promoting democracy, human rights and regional cooperation. They want to live in a society where direct communication with various institutions is as efficient as communication with friends or family. That kind of society would be more engaged in overcoming issues that are holding the society back and in promoting solutions that would lead forward. Bearing in mind that all these institutions are on Facebook, Twitter and blogs, they wonder whether this means that we already live in society we want, and if so, what now?
